20223 High Temperature Leveling Agent (Especially for microfiber)

Short Description:

20223 is mainly composed of oleate ester derivatives.

Oleate ester derivatives have affinity for polyester fiber, which can combine with polyester fiber to slow down the dyeing of dyes and makes fibers dyed evenly to achieve the purpose of leveling dyeing.

It is mainly suitable for fabrics and yarns of polyester microfibers dyed by disperse dyes.

  1. Contains no APEO or PAH, etc. Fits environmental protection requirements.
  2. Strong ability of retarding. Can effectively adjust the initial dyeing rate of microfiber and coordinate the simultaneous dyeing of mixing dyes.
  3. Improves dyeing property of disperse dyes to make it more adaptable to requirements of high temperature dyeing of polyester microfibers.
  4. Excellent dispersity. Can prevent the coagulation of dyes and make the dyeing bath uniform and stable, making fabrics dyed evenly.
  5. Excellent transferring ability. Can promote the diffusion of dye molecules from the fiber surface to the interior, which increase the utilization rate of dyes.
