Bio-based chemical fiber is derived from plants and microbial organisms, such as sugar, protein, cellulose, acid, alcohol and ester, etc. It is made by high-molecular chemical, physical technology and spinning process.

1.Bio-based virgin fiber
It can be directly used after physical or mechanical processing with natural plant or animal hair and secretions as raw materials.
 
2.Bio-based regenerated fiber
It is made of natural plants and animals, agricultural and forest residues and life by-products, which is dissolved by physical or chemical methods to make spinning solution and then prepared by appropriate spinning process.

Elastic biological basis fiber has excellent moisture wicking function and chlorine-resistant property. It can withstand the bleaching and washing process that cannot be used to process general elastic denim. Elastic biological basis fiber can be used to produce XOPT-Stretch fabric, high-grade knitted fabric and high-elastic denim fabric. It is widely applied in denim garment, sports clothing, shirts, casual wear, women’s suit and trousers, etc.

Poly lactic acid fiber is a kind of biodegradable thermoplastic aliphatic polyester. It is environmentally-friendly. It has the characteristics of both natural and synthetic fibers, as moisture absorption and sweat releasing, qick drying, little smoke and dust, small heat dissipation, nontoxicity, low melting point, good rebound resilience, low index of refraction, bright color, inhibiting the growth of bacteria and low odor retention index, etc. Poly lactic acid fiber textile has good wetting performance, high moisture absorption and good water vapor penetration performance.
