Tensile and Wear Resistance
Viscose fiber fabric: Viscose fiber has low strength. It is easy to deform. By long-term use, fiber breakage and damage may also occur.
Cotton fabric: Because pure cotton fibers have a relatively high dry strength, they can better withstand stretching and friction in daily wearing.
Washability
Viscose fiber fabric: In water, the strength of viscose fiber will greatly decrease. When washed, if it is stirred or rubbed hard in a washing machine, viscose fiber is very likely to be damaged. For long-term washing, the clothes will obviously become old, thin and even broken.
Cotton fabric: Pure cotton can still maintain high strength in a wet state. Generally, normal machine washing or hand washing will not cause severe damage. After several washing, the good durability of cotton clothes is even more obvious. For example, cotton bed sheets and quilt covers can still maintain good quality after being washed for several times.
Anti-pilling Property
Viscose fiber fabric: Viscose fiber has poor wear resistance. During wearing and washing, the clothes surface is easy to get pilling and fuzzing, which influences the appearance of clothes and durability.
Cotton fabric: Cotton fabric is more wear-resistant. It is not easy to become pilling.
Anti-wrinkling Recovery Ability
Viscose fiber fabric: If viscose fiber fabric wrinkles, it is very difficult to recover by itself. After wore and washed for several times, the clothes will become wrinkled, and even by ironing, it cannot have the initial flat effect.
Cotton fabric: The anti-wrinkling property of cotton fabric is relatively better. If there appear wrinkles, by ironing, it will become flat easily. It can keep good appearance. After worn for several times, clothes can keep good flatness and appearance.
