Banana fiber is one of the strongest fibers in the world. This kind of biodegradable natural fiber is very durable.
Banana fiber is made from banana stems and is mainly composed of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin. After chemical degumming, banana fiber can be used in cotton spinning.
