What Is Intelligent Fiber?
Intelligent fiber is the fibrous intelligent material. Types of Intelligent Fiber
PCM (phase-change material) Fiber

When the ambient temperature is increased to a certain degree, the phase change material will melt and the molecular chains will overcome the intermolecular forces and move, and phase change materials will adsorb heat and store it. When the ambient temperature is decreased to a certain degree, the phase change material will change from liquid to solid and release all the storing energy at the same time. Shape Memory Fiber

Optical Fiber
