Abstract: On June, 3rd, 2019, it was the 23rd anniversary for our company. Guangdong Innovative Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. organized an outdoor activity, which ended in a positive atmosphere of solidarity and collaboration.
On June, 3rd, 2019, cicadas repeated and summer was coming. To celebrate the 23rd anniversary, Guangdong Innovative Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. organized a team-building outdoor activity with the theme of "Gathering with destiny in GIFC. Thanking for advancing together. Challenging ourselves with consensus and synergy."!
Eighty-six persons took part in this activity, including company leaderships, key members of each department and other excellent personnel, etc. This activity played a good role in promoting the spirit of enterprise culture, enhancing team cohesion and strengthening good communication and exchange among team members.
In that morning, everyone set out with bright smiles and expectant mood and reached the activity base, Jieyang Qishan Cultural Expo Park after 60-minute driving. And then, under the arrangement and guidance of the on-site coach, we were divided into six competition teams.

Six teams competed in activities under the guidance of coaches and captains. By communicating, coordinating, concluding and adjusting, six teams constantly break through every barrier of each project. In this team-building outdoor activity, everyone felt a lot. Firstly, the importance of teamwork is self-evident. Without the cooperation and joint efforts of everyone in the team, it will be difficult to achieve many goals. Secondly, self-transcendence is the key to success. Difficulties exist. Overcoming ourselves and realizing our full potential is the first step to success. Thirdly, team communication is of great importance. We have to communicate and share with each other, which perfects our good thinking and thoughts and finally leads us to the victory.
After we leave this activity base and return back to our work environment, we believe that as long as we give full play to the team spirit of mutual trust and assistance, and treat every task as a challenge in the outward bound training, there will be no difficulty that cannot be overcome and no problem that cannot be solved!
